About me
After earning my degree in Mechanical Engineering, I developed a strong interest in process optimization and project management. My professional journey has taken me through roles in manufacturing operations and HVAC systems where I gained hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and operational efficiency. Recently, I’ve completed a Master of Engineering in Project Management to further enhance my skills in planning and executing engineering projects. My expertise lies in working with tools like Solid Edge and ANSYS, and I thrive in solving complex challenges, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain processes. I’m always eager to explore new technologies and continuously improve my technical and managerial capabilities.
When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy hiking, watching TED Talks, and advancing my knowledge through certifications. I also have a keen interest in fitness, playing badminton, and exploring new ideas through reading and learning.

Exhaust System Analysis for Three-Wheeler
In this 2019 project at Balochistan University, I modeled and analyzed a three-wheeler exhaust system using SolidWorks and ANSYS. The focus was on optimizing emissions, structural integrity, and environmental compliance. CFD analysis revealed optimal performance at an inlet velocity of 2 m/s.

As a machine operator specializing in braider and taping machines, I ensure efficient production of braided and taped products. I handle machine setup, material flow monitoring, and automated layup machines for composite fabrication. I also manage BOM reservations in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and preventing production delays.

I assisted in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with GMP and ISO 14644 standards. I contributed to routine inspections, supported validation processes, and monitored BMS for regulatory compliance. I also helped implement an energy-saving project for HVAC systems.
